Boot Camp with Kristy Lair

An hour of total body training designed for strength training focus, light cardio, and plenty of core work. This class focuses on building strength, engaging the heart for health, and overall Fitness/ Wellness.

Exercises can be modified for different levels of fitness training.

Sessions are $10 per session or $7 for current members.
